Certificate Holder
The certificate holder is the party listed on a COI who receives proof of the policyholder’s coverage.
Property managers and GCs are typically the certificate holders for their vendors’ policies. When you receive a COI, verify that you are listed correctly — COIFort tracks this per certificate.
